Workshop space is limited to 10 students, and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Your deposit of $500.00 US must be made by August 1, 2022. The remainder of the workshop fee is due by September 1, 2022.

Because we need a minimum of 10 students for this workshop, please do not make travel plans until we let you know the workshop is "a go."
Cancellation policy:
All deposits and balances for workshops are non-refundable, except if we do not fill the class. Total class fee is due now.
If you need to cancel and can fill your slot with someone on a waiting list or a colleague, we will refund 90% of your tuition. Unfortunately, if there is no waiting list or you can't find a replacement, there are no exceptions to the non-refundable deposit policy. For this reason, we strongly recommended that participants obtain medical/trip cancellation insurance. I suggest World Nomads. Forbes magazine also provides a list of recommended companies here.
COVID PANDEMIC DISCLAIMER
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are able to travel to Mexico and meet any Covid-19 related entry requirements and mandates. At this time, Mexico doesn't have any requirements. JanDavisArtEx requires that all participants have received COVID-19 vaccinations because the well-being of participants and the San Miguel de Allende community is our top priority.
WORKSHOP CANCELLATION DISCLAIMER
In the unfortunate event the workshop is postponed prior to the first day of your trip, you will be contacted immediately. The only option we can provide is to reschedule the workshop and reserve your spot on the rescheduled dates.
