Workshop space is limited to 10 students, and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Your deposit of $500.00 US must be made with your registration. The remainder of the workshop fee is due by February 1, 2024.

Because we need a minimum of 8 students for this workshop, please do not make travel plans until we let you know the workshop is "a go."
Cancellation policy:
All deposits and balances for workshops are non-refundable, except if we do not fill the class.
If you need to cancel and can fill your slot with someone on a waiting list or a colleague, we will refund 90% of your tuition. Unfortunately, if there is no waiting list or you can't find a replacement, there are no exceptions to the non-refundable deposit policy. For this reason, we strongly recommended that participants obtain medical/trip cancellation insurance. I suggest World Nomads. Forbes magazine also provides a list of recommended companies here.
WORKSHOP CANCELLATION DISCLAIMER
In the unfortunate event the workshop is postponed prior to the first day of your trip, you will be contacted immediately. The only option we can provide is to reschedule the workshop and reserve your spot on the rescheduled dates.
