Workshop space is limited to 14 students, and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Your deposit of $500.00 US must be made by November 15, 2022.  The remainder of the workshop fee is due by December 31, 2022.

Because we need a minimum of 8 students for this workshop, please do not make travel plans until we let you know the workshop is "a go."

Cancellation policy:

All deposits and balances for workshops are non-refundable, except if we do not fill the class.  We will notify you on November 16th, 2022 if the workshop is a "go."  That is why we recommend NOT making travel arrangements until you know the class is a "go."

If you need to cancel and can fill your slot with someone on a waiting list or a colleague, we will refund 90% of your tuition. Unfortunately, if there is no waiting list or you can't find a replacement, there are no exceptions to the non-refundable deposit policy. For this reason, we strongly recommended that participants obtain medical/trip cancellation insurance.  A list of travel insurance companies is listed here.

COVID PANDEMIC DISCLAIMER

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are able to travel to Mexico and meet any Covid-19 related entry requirements and mandates.  JanDavisArtEx requires that all participants have received COVID-19 vaccinations because the well-being of participants and the San Miguel de Allende community is our top priority. You must have received a full COVID-19 vaccination with the final dose administered a minimum of 21 days prior to the start date of the workshop.

In the unfortunate event the Joan Fullerton workshop is postponed prior to the first day of your trip, you will be contacted immediately. The only option we can provide is to reschedule the workshop and reserve your spot on the rescheduled dates.
