Please read carefully!

Workshop space is limited to 10 students, and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Your deposit of $500.00 US must be made upon registration.  The remainder of the workshop fee, $800, is due by February 15, 2024.

You can pay by check, Zelle, or Paypal.

Because we need a minimum of 8 students for this workshop, please do not make travel plans until we let you know the workshop is "a go."

Cancellation policy: 

All deposits and balances for workshops are non-refundable.  If you need to cancel and can fill your slot with someone on a waiting list or a colleague, we will refund 90% of your tuition. Unfortunately, if there is no waiting list or you can't find a replacement, there are no exceptions to the non-refundable deposit policy. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Forbes magazine provides a list of recommended companies here.


Participants are responsible for ensuring they are able to travel to Mexico and meet any Covid-19 related entry requirements and mandates.  At this time, Mexico doesn't have any requirements.  JanDavisArtEx requires that all participants have received COVID-19 vaccinations because the well-being of participants and the Guanajuanto community is our top priority. 


In the unfortunate event the workshop is postponed prior to the first day of your trip, you will be contacted immediately. The only option we can provide is to reschedule the workshop and reserve your spot on the rescheduled dates.
