nal Artistic Meaning

Guanajuato Mexico
March 19-22, 2024
(arrive on the 18th, depart on the 23rd)

Join Lisa Pressman for this four-day workshop in colorful Guanajuato Mexico.

The focus of the workshop is on exploration, intuition, and pushing out of your comfort zone. This class provides an insightful experience in personal creative development.

Lisa will guide you through prompts, verbs, and exercises to get to the core of personal meaning.

We will be experimenting with charcoal, graphite, water media, ink, pigment sticks, cold wax, and other materials on paper. Directives include formal elements such as line, shape, space, color, verbs, and conceptual ideas with fast paced timing based in discovery rather than finished products.

The city of Guanajuato, known for its colonial architecture, beautiful churches, winding cobblestone streets, and colorful atmosphere, is the perfect location for this workshop. Be prepared to be inspired.
